Duplicate Title: Getting ready to sell your car and lost or can't find your title? McCarrell's can have a new title to you within days.

Vehicle Registrations: On-the-spot vehicle registration renewals. Temporary registrations including new PA resident registrations. Restoration of suspended registrations (pending eligibility).

Drivers License: Update your driver's license and receive your camera card in minutes. Restoration services for suspended drivers.

License Plates (T-Plates): Receive your new license plate at McCarrell's.

Special Fund License Plates: A portion of the fee goes to charity based on the plate you select.

The Wild Resource Conservation Fund registration plate became available in February 1999. This is the second Wild Resources Conservation Fund Plate and replaces the Saw-Whet Owl Plate which has been retired. Proceeds from this plate support the management of the Commonwealth's unique flora and fauna. To apply for this registration plate, please complete Form MV-911 (PDF), "Application for Special Fund Registration Plate."

The Pennsylvania Zoological Council Fund registration plate was first issued in April 1996. Proceeds from this registration plate benefit the Pennsylvania Zoological Council's six member zoos: the Philadelphia Zoo, the Pittsburgh Zoo, the Erie Zoo, the Elmwood Park Zoo in Norristown, the National Aviary in Pittsburgh and the Lehigh Valley Zoo. To apply for this registration plate, please complete Form MV-911 (PDF), "Application for Special Fund Registration Plate."

The Preserve Our Heritage registration plate became available in December 1998. Fifteen dollars from every "Preserve Our Heritage" registration plate sold will underwrite the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission's educational and exhibit programs. To apply for this registration plate, please complete Form MV-911 (PDF), “Application for Special Fund Registration Plate."
